Your First Visit to Our St. Charles Practice

You will be warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Help is on its way!

We Want you to feel at Home!

You will find plenty of convenient parking and a well-lit parking lot.  When you come into our office, do not expect a normal quiet, hushed and tense environment.  You will instantly be surrounded by people who are committed to maximized living and health. You will be greeted by name by our warm, enthusiastic staff.  We want you and your family to feel at home in our office.

Paperwork

Once you have met the staff, there is a minimal amount of paperwork in order to familiarize the doctor with your health history.  If you have completed your admitting paperwork, great! We encourage our prospective patients to download the initial paperwork from this site and have it completed upon arrival to save time.  Please bring your insurance card, if you have one.  If you do not have insurance, do not worry, we have financial plans to fit everyone's needs.

Comprehensive Consultation and Examination

This first visit is designed to simply identify the root of the problem.  To do this you will meet with the doctor one-on-one and he will perform advanced, computerized diagnostic testing of your nervous system and, if necessary, take X-rays.  Then you will schedule your follow up appointment with our staff.  After meeting with you, the doctor will spend detailed time going over your exam and X-ray information in order to give you a thorough understanding of the results upon your next visit.
